He was arrested on suspicion of a DUI hit and run that resulted in serious injury. On March 22, he was driving a borrowed SUV when he ran into the back of the victim&amp;#39;s motorcycle. Under law, any driver involved in an accident is required to remain at the scene so that they can exchange contact information or seek medical attention if necessary.
